Driss has been recognized as a leader in the world of over-the-top (OTT) media. Drawing from his extensive experience at networks like ESPN and CNN, as well as his work creating award-winning documentaries worldwide, he has played a pivotal role in launching networks from the ground.
In 2024, Driss served as executive producer of Taco Bell’s Live Más LIVE Super Bowl event, a behind-the-scenes broadcast featuring exclusive performances and celebrity appearances. The live format generated over 7.1 billion media impressions and earned a Webby Award nomination for Best Event Activation.
That same year, he executive produced the Kansas City Chiefs’ “World’s Largest Tailgate”, a 90-minute NFL special hosted live by the Merrell Twins from GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. The event drew over 3 million viewers and received a Producers Guild Award nomination.
Driss launched two of the industry’s most innovative financial OTT platforms. In 2017, he was the founding executive producer of TD Ameritrade Network, building it from the ground up into a live, streaming financial news channel for retail traders. In 2023 and 2025, he led the rebrand and relaunch of Charles Schwab Network, transforming it into a 24/7 digital platform broadcasting from both the New York Stock Exchange and Chicago. He oversaw the launch of 9 new live shows and over 25 commercial campaigns, positioning the network as a go-to destination for real-time market coverage.
In 2024, he also played a pivotal role in reshaping The Hill’s flagship political program “Rising,” contributing to record growth in viewership—averaging 875,000 daily plays and nearly 20 million total views across platforms.
Earlier in his career, Driss made his mark as an investigative documentary filmmaker. He created and executive produced several award-winning series including “Street Pulse,” “Our Neighborhood,” and “Invisible Enemy,” exploring powerful untold stories across North Africa and the Middle East. His work has been recognized by the New York Festivals, CINE, and the AIB International Media Awards.
Most recently, Driss has turned his focus toward global issue-driven storytelling, producing a new slate of documentaries tackling climate change and population trends.
Driss also regularly collaborates with global political figures and institutions, providing creative direction and media strategy for large-scale campaigns centered on diplomacy, development, and public engagement.
